About Jonathan Coffey
I’m a product and technology executive who has spent my career helping companies navigate the messy stages of growth—when products, teams, and operating models all need to evolve at the same time. I’ve built products from the ground up, scaled product organizations, led major platform transformations, and helped take a technology company from startup through IPO.
I work best with founders and executive teams facing an important transition: growth has created complexity, the roadmap has lost focus, the product organization needs to mature, or the company needs experienced product leadership without immediately hiring another full-time executive. I bring an operator’s perspective—practical, collaborative, and focused on leaving the team stronger than I found it.
My approach is deliberately practical. I work alongside leadership teams to understand the real problem, make the hard tradeoffs, and turn strategy into something the organization can actually execute. The goal isn’t to leave behind a deck—it’s to leave behind better decisions, clearer priorities, stronger leaders, and a team that can keep moving after I’m gone.
